Recap: Heartland Festival THIS Saturday!
FOR ILLUMINATI AND BELLA VOCE
THIS IS A REQUIRED PERFORMANCE
DATE: April 27th
LOCATION & TIME: Santa Fe High School, 1901 W. 15th Street, Edmond, OK
Parents may attend the performance. No admission is charged.
FRONTIER CITY: After the performance students may attend Frontier City. The parents are responsible for transporting to and from Frontier City. Reduced price tickets should be purchased at the Performance Site (Santa Fe High School). Singers purchase price is $18 and others may purchase tickets for $30. (Ticket price at Frontier City is $49.99.)
If a student has a season pass it can be used for entrance to the park. Students must sign up for their group during choir rehearsals on April 17th, April 22nd and April 24th. The groups must be organized be April 27th. Please tell students if they will be going to Frontier City.
Students may be dropped off at the drop off/pick up lane at the front of the park at 10:15-10:30. COHC Directors will be there to greet students and organize their groups. We will need a parent volunteer sponsor to stay with each Illuminati group of 5-7 students. We need adult sponsors to contact/communicate with the Bella Voce Student groups throughout the afternoon. The sponsor is not required to walk around with the Bella Voce group.
Students must wear their choir t-shirt throughout the day at Frontier City.

PARKING FEE AT FRONTIER CITY: $9 or $10 to park. Must be cash
STUDENT PICK UP: COHC will officially end its day at Frontier City at the conclusion of the Awards Ceremony. Parents will need to pick up and check out their students by the Frontier City main entrance at 6:00 p.m. If a parent attends the awards ceremony, they can check their student(s) out from that area.
REQUIRED PERFORMANCE: IF YOUR FAMILY HAS A PRE-EXISTING CONFLICT ON APRIL 27TH, PLEASE EMAIL YOUR STUDENT’S CHOIR DIRECTOR TO ALERT THEM OF THE CONFLICT ASAP.
