Thank you to everyone who helped to make our Solo and Ensemble event a huge success!! We had so many compliments about our cheerful and helpful our volunteers. Several directors said they would be spreading the word for next year’s event. High praise!
Many of our own COHC students were given awards, Karis Freeman in the 14-16 yr old category was chosen as an outstanding musician from a three way tie for first place, and The Overcome Ensemble, an original piece by DJ Liszeski, was also given an outstanding award. All the COHC ensembles and soloists did an amazing job!
