Heartland Music Festival is THIS Saturday, April 22nd. The day will be divided into two parts. Make sure you are signed up online for text reminders for up to the minute details.
MORNING- REQUIRED PERFORMANCE for Illuminati & Bella Voce
LOCATION: Putnam City North High School, 11800 N. Rockwell, Oklahoma City (park and meet at the North Entrance). Please leave all backpacks, purses, phones, etc. in the car or with your parent.
WHAT TO WEAR: Your PLUM COHC t-shirt, nice blue jeans, and comfortable shoes
SCHEDULE:
8:45 am- Bella Voce students arrive
9:40 am- Bella Voce performance (Parents may attend the performance. No admission is charged.)
9:30 am- Illuminati students arrive
10:20- Illuminati performance (Parents may attend the performance. No admission is charged.)
AFTERNOON- OPTIONAL SOCIAL ACTIVITY for Illuminati & Bella Voce

After the performance, students are encouraged to go to Frontier City to spend the afternoon socializing with their friends and attend the Heartland awards ceremony at 5:30.
DROP OFF: 11:30 at the Frontier City main entrance (Frontier City has a drop-off zone so you do not have to pay for parking)
PICK UP TIME: Promptly at 6:00 pm at the Frontier City main entrance
TRANSPORTATION: Parents are responsible for transporting to and from Frontier City. Please have your student meet the COHC group at the fence OUTSIDE the front gate by 11:30.
MEETING INFO: ALL students attending Frontier City MUST meet by the fence OUTSIDE the front gate in order to be grouped for chaperones. Groups cannot enter until ALL students arrive. Even if you have a pass, you MUST meet out front. If you are running late, please contact your director ASAP. Directors will have the prepurchased tickets to distribute.
COST: The cost for Frontier City is $35. If you have not paid COHC, funds are due by tomorrow (April 21st). For those who requested Quickbooks invoices, they will go out today and also MUST be paid by tomorrow. (If a student has a season pass it can be used for entrance to the park.) There is a parking fee of $20 at Frontier City. Students may want to consider carpooling.
**IMPORTANT:** Frontier City no longer accepts cash at their games or food venues.
But DON’T WORRY! They have CASH-to-CARD KIOSKS. Students can turn their cash into debit cards and the cards will be used anywhere in the park – just like cash.
They can be used for games, concessions, etc. No longer will kids have to keep up with dollar bills or change. If they still have money left over at the end of the day, the debit card can be used ANYWHERE VISA is accepted.
WHAT TO WEAR: Students must wear their choir t-shirt throughout the day at Frontier City. Students are allowed to change into shorts as long as they follow the COCH dress code (see Member Handbook).
GROUPS: COHC staff will organize our Illuminati students into small groups of approximately 6 students per group. Bella Voce students will check in and out with Mrs. Cavett.
BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR STUDENTS APPLY SUNSCREEN BEFORE YOU DROP THEM OFF.
The day will be cooler, but the sun will be just as hot!
